By scheduling or receiving services from DownSouth Mobile Services (“DownSouth”), the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:

Scope of Services

DownSouth provides mobile automotive, marine, fleet, and aircraft detailing and servicing, including cosmetic, preventative, and light service offerings. Services are limited to those agreed upon at booking or in writing.

Access & Work Conditions

Client agrees to provide safe, legal access to the service location, vehicle, vessel, fleet, or aircraft. DownSouth is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to restricted access, weather conditions, unsafe environments, or lack of utilities when required.

Pre-Existing Conditions

Client acknowledges that vehicles, boats, equipment, and aircraft may have pre-existing damage, wear, corrosion, mechanical issues, or defects. DownSouth is not responsible for revealing or correcting pre-existing conditions unless explicitly contracted.

Liability Limitation

DownSouth is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or mechanical failure

• Manufacturer defects or component failure

• Damage caused by aging materials, corrosion, oxidation, or prior repairs

• Loss of personal items left in or on serviced units

Client releases DownSouth from liability for incidental or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payments & Fees

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a reasonable timeframe. Late cancellations may be subject to a service or trip fee.

Satisfaction & Disputes

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Remedies are limited to re-service or partial refund at DownSouth’s discretion.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.

Acceptance

By booking or receiving services, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined above.
